FERNANDA ARRIVES!!!!

 

Fernanda arrived at the Pittsburgh International Airport at 11:35 pm on Sunday, August 21, 2005. Those who went to greet Fernanda were Vickie and Denny Bland and their granddaughter Katie. Fortunately Fernanda had met another exchange student on the plane so she was not flying alone. After taking these pictures Vickie and Denny took Fernanda back to Ohio for some much needed rest.

On Monday evening, August 22, 2005, Denny and Vickie invited Fernanda's other host family to dinner to meet Fe, Roy and Deb Edge. The food was wonderful and everyone had a wonderful Time. Roy showed Fe how she was going to have her own website for all of her family and friends to see while she was in the United States.
