PITTSBURGH PIRATES

        BASEBALL!!!!

          September 4, 2005

    

On September 4th Fernanda experience her first Major League Baseball game in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania when she watched the Pittsburgh Pirates play the Chicago Cubs at PNC Park. 

        

They began the day by parking at Station Square and taking the Gateway Clipper across the Monongahalia and Ohio Rivers to the stadium. The Clipper is an old fashioned paddlewheel boat that traveled the rivers of this area many years ago. They are now used as transportation to and from PNC Park.

The game was won by the Chicago Cubs, 2-0. Although The Pittsburgh Pirates did not win Fernanda got to experience Major League Baseball and end enjoy the beauty and fun of PNC Park.
